Entrepreneur Ensemble

Being Your Own Boss is a...Difficult

Who knew the mental stamina it took to be an entrepreneur?!

Entrepreneurs need to have the mental capacity to take an idea to fruition.

Between learning to build as you go, establishing boundaries with family and friends to protect and grow your baby, and oh actually running the business, an entrepreneur's mental fortitude is tested constantly.

This 6-week support group is a space for you to be with "your people" and share the skills that help entrepreneurs sustain. After all who better understands the ebbs and flows of entrepreneurship better than another entrepreneur?

This group will meet weekly for 90 minutes.

Each session will open with a topic or skill beneficial to entrepreneurs,

followed by a group discussion.

Each group member will also receive 1 one-on-one session to identify the mental hurdles they need to overcome to "level up" their entrepreneurship.

In addition to weekly meetings, participants will receive weekly resources

about the topic and personalized affirming lock screensavers.

Have a Goal You Want to Achieve?

We are more likely to achieve our goals if we work towards them in community.

Real G's move in silence like lasagna

Real G's may move in silence but

their success rarely (really never) happens in isolation.

Research shows if we write down our goals,

make the S.M.A.R.T. and share them with others

we are more likely to achieve said goal.

That is the sole purpose of the Support Squad.

Find the Support Squad helps you your

supportive and encouraging squad that will kindly

hold you accountable for taking steps to achieve your goal.

This 6-week support group is a space for you to be with "your people" and

share you missteps as well as the skills that help you meet with success. 

This group will meet weekly for 60 minutes.

Each session will open with an encouraging word from the facilitator,

followed by member updates.

After identifying the success and areas members fell short,

members will state their plan for the week.

Members will be able to share tips or

suggestions to other members to help them meet their goals.

In addition to weekly meetings, participants will receive

resources and personalized affirming lock screensavers

for their phones which addresses their goal.
